Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for free within 14 days of receiving your order.
After receiving your order, you still have to wait 24 hours for an update of the delivery to take place in your personal account. After the update is complete, the possibility to proceed with the return request will be enabled.

If you would like to return an item, please follow these simple steps:
1. After 24 hours from receipt of your order, visit the "Request a Return" section. Select the order containing the item(s) you want to return or replace and specify the reason and requirements.
We remind you that replacements are only possible if you receive damaged, defective or incorrect products: no replacements will be accepted for product size changes.
2. Check your mailbox, you will receive a confirmation email with all return instructions, the label attached to the box and the courier's contact information for returning the package.
3. Insert the product in its original packaging: the product must be returned in the same condition that you received it, i.e. in perfect condition, including all unused elements, unused product, original packaging and any manuals, labels that came with it and labels still affixed to the product.
Returned items will be inspected by our warehouse to ensure they have been returned in perfect condition, you will be charged for any reduction in item value and only the remaining value of the product will be refunded.
4. Keep the shipment receipt.
5. When the returned item will be returned to our warehouse, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item If you have received a damaged, non-conforming, defective or incorrect product, you may request a replacement for the item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request a replacement or refund, please follow the instructions in the previous paragraph - "Return Request" - stating "damaged, non-conforming or incorrect delivery" as the specific reason and attach one or more sheets of the item in question Picture, where the defect is clearly visible.
If the product is determined to be non-conforming, we will replace it.
